Maria 01 Builders’ Breakfast: Scaling Smart – Zevoy’s Journey to International Growth Without the Burn

This May, we dive into the realities of scaling beyond your home market—without losing focus, culture, or capital efficiency.

Join us for a conversation with Sarita Runeberg and Christoffer Rosqvist, the CEO & Founder of Zevoy, a company, simplifying corporate finances and making company spending effortless and connected, as he shares how Zevoy has approached international growth with discipline and clarity.

Scaling internationally often comes with pressure: grow fast, raise more, expand quickly. But Zevoy has taken a different path — prioritizing sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and smart market entry over hype.

Following the fireside chat, we’ll be joined by Paavo Räisänen from Maki.vc for a panel discussion on what it really takes to scale across borders in today’s market environment.

What you’ll learn

• How Zevoy approached international expansion without overextending
• What “smart scaling” looks like in practice
• What investors look for in companies expanding globally today

This is your opportunity to

• Hear firsthand lessons from founders navigating international growth
• Gain investor perspective on scaling in today’s climate
• Ask your questions during the live Q&A
• Connect with fellow founders and operators over breakfast

Whether you’re preparing to enter your first new market or rethinking how to scale sustainably, this session will challenge how you approach growth—and help you do it smarter.
