What is Human Runway?
Human Runway is a collaborative initiative bringing founders, investors, and ecosystem builders together to strengthen founder resilience and long-term sustainability.
Behind every startup is a human being. And behind every growth story, there is pressure.
We started with a simple but important question:
How are founders really doing?
To find out, we conducted an anonymous, founder-led survey focused on wellbeing, pressure, sustainability, and the realities behind building a company.
Founders have spoken.

Now it’s time to open the conversation.
