Do you want time for exercise and winding down? Then the Communty Pilates worshop might be for you. During this Pilates Workshop, you’ll explore the basics of pilates with movement exercises, covering alignment, breathing, and the use of the middle body and shoulder ring support, together with Pauliina Nordman from Norddynamics.
The workshop is an hour long program, between 16:30 – 17:30 and will be held in the Yoga studio fitting 12 people. Sign up and we’ll get back to you confirming your spot!
After the pilates workshop the sauna is going to be warm (from 17:30 – 19:30) for all community members wanting to charge their batteries. Please remember to wear a swimsuit as this is a mixed shift.
