Successful people meditate regularly. If you are interested in meditation but never had the chance to learn you can now try this practice during the lunch break at Maria 01.
These events are brought to you by Soturi Coaching based on the optional contribution of the participants.
You can bring your own lunch, or order from Starter. The event takes place in the Classroom Room.

The main goal of meditation is to relax body and mind to reach deeper levels of consciousness. There are many reasons to practice it: overcome stress and anxiety, increase your focus and productivity, improve your overall health… Dynamic meditation uses this relaxed state as a starting point to channel your inner focus in order to solve day-to-day problems and get long-lasting benefits by developing your mental abilities.
In other words, dynamic meditation is not about emptying your mind but about focusing it to work in specific issues.
About the guide: Fernando Guerrero (PhD and coach ACC) practices and promotes what he calls “meditation for rational people”, where the meditations are explained and guided in a way that even non-meditators (non-spiritual people) can follow and enjoy.
