Lunch Meditation at the Workplace

Nowadays it’s not a secret that many successful people meditate regularly. If you are interested in meditation but never had the chance to learn you can now try this practise during the lunch break at your workplace.
Bring you own lunch, or order from Starter, we’ll start with eating and a short introduction before the meditation. The event takes place in the Samplesroom, on the 2nd floor.
The number of seats are limited, first come, first serve.
The main goal of meditation is to relax body and mind to reach deeper levels of consciousness. There are many reasons to practise it: overcome stress and anxiety, increase your focus and productivity, improve your overall health… Dynamic meditation uses this relaxed state as a starting point to channel your inner focus in order to solve day-to-day problems and get long-lasting benefits by developing your mental abilities.
In other words, dynamic meditation is not about emptying your mind but about focusing it to work in specific issues.
About the guide: Fernando Guerrero (PhD and coach ACC) practises and promotes what he calls “meditation for rational people”, where the meditations are explained and guided in a way that even non-meditators (non-spiritual people) can follow and enjoy.
