Lifted bodyweight training at Maria01 on Friday 17th

Join us for free, fun and effective Lifted bodyweight training on Friday November 17th at 15:30-16:15 in Maria01 main event space (2nd floor).
This bodyweight exercise will challenge your whole body with versatile movement. You will improve your balance and body control and strengthen your main muscle groups.
You will learn different variations of the movements so you can definitely find a suitable level for you.
For the exercise you will need to have sport clothes, a water bottle and a (yoga) mat. Sport shoes are not necessary.
